We are pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Robb as head of the firm’s Commercial Property team. Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 1992, Neil has practised in Aberdeen acting for a wide range of clients throughout Scotland. He was a founding partner of a well-respected and successful Aberdeen firm, Plenderleath Runcie, which subsequently merged with Blackadders. Neil’s primary focus is on commercial property acting for a range of developers, property investment companies and individuals, across various sectors and is involved in a number of student development, care home and renewables projects.
Speaking about the appointment, Emma Gray, Joint Managing Partner, and former head of the Commercial Property team, said: “Neil has taken on this role when the team is successfully implementing its growth strategy. We want to maintain and enhance our reputation for delivering clear and measured advice to our clients. Neil’s impressive credentials will certainly help us to do that. Having worked with Neil for a number of years, I know that clients value his confident, commercial approach as much as his technical expertise.”
Neil is looking forward to working with the team to develop the firm’s client base. He said: “We have an impressive client portfolio at Blackadders and deal with varied and often complex cases. I am looking forward to developing a strong team right across Scotland that can maintain Blackadders’ position as a leading commercial property firm.”
