She specialises in M&A, joint ventures, investment rounds, corporate restructuring and commercial contracts. Susan also has experience in timeshare law, having advised clients in the vacation ownership sector for a number of years. Her clients include start-up companies, SME’s, family-owned businesses, investors and developers.
