Susan is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution team.

Susan has experience in dealing with all areas of private and commercial disputes including corporate disputes, contentious private client and landlord / tenant disputes. Susan also has vast experience in dealing with debt recovery and insolvency matters, having obtained her Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency with Merit.

She regularly appears in courts and tribunals across Scotland. She also engages with Alternative Dispute Resolution including negotiations, mediations and arbitrations.
