Richard is a Senior Solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate team, working in our Commercial Real Estate team, based in Glasgow.

Richard deals with a range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and commercial leasing and advises on a wide range of real estate issues including site acquisitions and assembly, leasing, funding and development, and commercial tenant requirements. Richard has also provided property support on corporate transactions.
