Melanie is a director in our Commercial Real Estate team and has over 25 years in the commercial real estate sector.

In the last few years Melanie has specialised in acting for renewable energy companies and landowners for projects encompassing battery storage, solar and wind farms. She also specialises in site acquisition and site assembly for a number of blue riband housing developers and social housing providers throughout Scotland. 

Melanie possesses a proven track record and has established and maintained strong client relationships due to her commercial acumen and project delivery.
