Lucy is an Associate in our our Residential Property team.

Lucy advises on sale and purchase transactions on behalf of private clients, investment portfolio acquisitions on behalf of corporate entities, voluntary registrations of titles in the Land Register as well as the transfers of titles into Trusts and she is instructed by clients to act in a variety of security transactions.

She has experience in dealing with general estate matters, rural title issues, inter-family transfers of partnership assets and has acted on behalf of commercial lenders certifying titles in security transactions.
