Lindsey is a Partner in our Private Client team. 

She currently heads up our Executry team in Dundee and has over 14 years of experience in Private Client coupled with a strong background in residential conveyancing. Lindsey gives advice on all areas of Private Client including wills, powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, asset protection and executries.

Lindsey and her extensive team of executry practitioners focus on estate administration providing executors with specialist advice on all aspects of their role, duties and responsibilities covering contentious and non-contentious estates of all sizes with international/cross border aspects. She provides all round, practical and tailored advice to clients and guides them expertly through the entire process.
