John is a Consultant with the firm, having been a partner previously. He works mainly with the Business division in general and the Corporate and Commercial team in particular though he advises on a range of other matters.

With over 40 years’ experience in the legal profession, he has a broad range of expertise which includes M&A, share sales, Commercial Real Estate work amongst others.
