John is a Partner and leads our Private Client offering in Aberdeen.

He is a specialist in the areas of adults with incapacity & guardianship, executries, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning and succession planning. He advises on complex Private Client matters, often dealing with high-net-worth individuals and estates.

John has a passion for work relating to the AWI legislation and acts as Financial Guardian on behalf of adults with incapacity. He is on the council panel of solicitors for Aberdeen City, Shire and Moray Councils.
