In practice for over 35 years with a special interest in Incapacity and Mental Disability Law. 

Gillian advises on a broad range of private client matters including inheritance tax and estate planning, wills, powers of attorney, trusts & estate administration.

Gillian has acted as financial guardian as an approved provider of legal services for a local authority for over 10 years.
