Freddie is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial team. 

Having recently completed his traineeship at Blackadders, Freddie now advises on various corporate matters, ranging from M&A work and commercial contracts to investment rounds and corporate restructurings.

Freddie also advises and works closely with clients in the healthcare sector.  

Freddie has a keen interest in our clients’ businesses and keeps up to date on innovations in legal tech that support the work our clients do.
