Acted for a housing association who were keen to close their final salary pension scheme to all staff and instead offer a defined contribution scheme.
Gave advice to a housing association who were keen to dismiss two of their Senior Directors on the basis that there had been an irretrievable breakdown in their relationship with the Chief Executive.
Assisted a housing association in defending claims of disability arising from disability, harassment and an alleged failure to make reasonable adjustments.
