We are equipped to advise on land development projects, land acquisition and sale as well as leasing and access rights.

We have experience acting for clients in all phases of land projects from development, operation and funding of projects as well as investment into and the purchase, development and sale of land.

In addition, we act for developers and landowners in connection with option contracts for land requiring planning permission and development rights.

We also act for clients in the acquisition, funding and onward sale of several sites for the provision of residential facilities for the elderly and for student accommodation.
Dispute resolution relating to the sector.
We have advised on a number of long running and high value development of land projects. These include advising on a very high value student resident development as well as the development of several residential facilities for the elderly.
