Fiona has more than 25 years’ experience in dispute resolution. Fiona has advised and acted for clients in resolving and litigating disputes in a range of courts and specialist tribunals, including the Sheriff Court, Court of Session and United Kingdom Supreme Court. She also has experience in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation.
