Fiona is a Solicitor working in the Private Client team.
Fiona qualified as a Solicitor in September 2021 and is experienced in dealing with the administration of executry estates, which includes complex inheritance tax matters, contentious Legal Rights matters, and dealing with assets held both in and out with Scotland and the UK. Fiona also advises on all aspects of estate and succession planning including wills, powers of attorney, trusts and inheritance tax planning.
Fiona is working towards becoming a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
