Emma is an Associate in our Family Law team. 

Emma advises on all aspect of family law matters including financial claims on divorce, cohabitation claims, pre-nuptial agreements and issues involving children.

Emma has tutored on the Family Law module of the Diploma in Legal practice at the University of Strathclyde since 2020. Emma has also recently completed the training offered by the Scottish Women’s Rights Centre on domestic abuse.
