Job Description
Working alongside partners Emma Gray and Stuart King you will have a varied caseload including acting for Banks, SIPP providers, investors, developers, landowners and tenants.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience either in commercial or residential property with the ability to work well both on a team and independently.
Role Objectives
- Remain up-to-date about the latest developments in the field including CPD requirements
- Provide timely and sound legal advice on a range of commercial property matters
- Manage a varied caseload effectively
- Participate in business development activities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct negotiations to reach desirable outcomes
- Draft, review, and manage legal documentation
- Liaise with clients/stakeholders and relevant parties
- Delegate and outsource work when appropriate
