Blackadders LLP are pleased to announce that Associate Solicitor, Joanne Murray, has been awarded Accreditation as a Specialist in Child Law. This award denotes official recognition by the Law Society of Scotland of the specialist knowledge and skills developed by Joanne and her significant experience as a family lawyer, and illustrates the part that she has played in providing an excellent service to the clients of Blackadders.
Accreditation as a form of recognition by the Law Society is granted by a process involving peer review and for Joanne personally it is the acknowledgement of the past number of years’ commitment and active involvement in a complex area of the law. Joanne also holds Accreditations in Family Law and as a Family Law Mediator. By securing accreditation in Child Law, Joanne is one of 11 Solicitors in Scotland to achieve Accredited Specialist status in all three areas applicable to family law.
